Matteo Turri

Matteo Turri is full professor of Business Administration at the Department of Economics, Management and Quantitative Methods (DEMM) of University of Milan, where he was the head of the Bachelor’s degree programme in Public Sector and Healthcare Management – MAPS.

He is currently the chair of the Quality Assurance Board, and a member of the steering committee for the implementation of the Italian Next Generation plan (PNRR).

His interests are geared to economic functionality, governance and public organizations, with a focus on higher education institutions.

He is the author of books and articles in many journals, including:

He is a member of several independent evaluation units, at the universities of Bologna, Ferrara, Milan, Turin, Trento and Chieti.

For ANVUR, he served as member and President of the expert panel for the periodic evaluation and accreditation of universities.
